SCHOLARSHIP ENTRY SEMESTER TWO 2009 (Years 5, 6 and 7)

Kingsway Christian College has a limited number of scholarship places for students currently being educated at other schools, which are available due to expansion. The College has once again received excellent results from the recent NAPLAN (National Assessment Program in Literacy and Numeracy) tests, performing well above state and national averages. Click here to see our NAPLAN Results 2008 . Kingsway offers an extension of the values of the Christian home and church equipping students for life in a changing and challenging world.
If you have a child currently in Upper Primary we invite you to apply for one of our scholarships. Preference will be given to students who have achieved above average results in either their last WALNA or NAPLAN test. Applicants who can demonstrate that they can make an outstanding contribution to the life of the College in another area, such as the arts, will also be considered. The scholarship will be valid through to the end of Year 9. This is to ensure that your child has every opportunity of continued success as they progress through their middle years of schooling. (The scholarship may be continued into Senior Secondary Schooling, Years 10 – 12, dependent upon continuing exemplary results). Successful candidates must enrol by the start of the third term 2009. If you are interested in Christian Education for your child and meet the Membership requirements, we encourage you to apply by downloading the Middle school scholarships application and returning it to the Principal by 30th June 2009.
