Alumni Footy Tipping Competition 2008 Many congratulations to Jamie Tan (1998), for winning the main footy competition for 2008. Jamie scored 125 points which is a great score (a record for our competition) and better than most of the professional tippers with 71% correct tips across the whole season. Christopher Davey (1997) and David Antonini (2003) finished in equal second place. Amber Thornhill (1994) won both knockout competitions this year which is a fantastic result! Jamie’s name now appears on the new Perpetual alongside that of his wife Carly Tan, who won the inaugural event in 2006. Thank you to all who took part in the competition, including all those who did it just for a bit of fun knowing that they were not a footy expert! I hope you enjoyed participating.
